Hi
I have a brand new primo 6200i build from overclockers, with an additional agility 3 120gb ssd.

I have installed windows 7, chipset , vga drivers, flash bios etc etc

After installing all apps etc and shutdown to give to my friend, turns out the pc after shutting down reboots automatically after 2 secs. Event viewer is clean no errors. I have browsed the web for several hours trying various things.

unplugged the WD cavier blue and tada it shuts down properly. So tried different sata port and cable but still no proper shutdown. I tried power settings in control panel. when i set turn off hdd after 1 min, the whole system swtches off in a blink of an eye.

any help appreciated
Thanks

Spoke to overclockers technical support, After much testing, plugging unplugging, reinstalling Windows 7, individual patches and drivers the problem arose once i installed the Intel GPU drivers. tried various versions and still the same result. Contacted Matt in Technical support and arranged an RMA of the motherboard, they replaced the Gigibyte mobo with an ASUS one which i have on the desk ready to install. Very pleased with the service although I had to do quite a serious amount of diagnosing to a problem which Overlockers had previous experience idenitifying this as a faulty product, so they could have made the process a little quicker for me.
