Hi all,
Im new here so please go easy on me.
I have just finished upgrading my pc...
I have the following...
Asus P8P67 (BIOS 1204)
I5 2500K (Stock at the moment)
G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 (4 X 2GB)
OCZ Vertex 2 50GB SSD (system drive- 7 Ultimate 64bit)
2 X OCZ Vertex 30GB each in RAID 0 (games drive)
WD BLACK/C 640GB (external on a USB 3 cable)
The system is great...however I was wanting to over clock... I am water cooled so cooling aint a problem. But at the moment I can't even change anything in the BIOS with out the PC locking up, crashing or restarting the itself! Some times during boot up it will restart a few times and even freeze. But when it gets into windows it is stable, and hasn't crashed yet.
The most reliable BIOS setup is with everything set as default....any changes I make seem to make the system very unstable.
Any ideas!?
Thanks
Tim
