Odd post for me as I really don't know what I'm talking about here :p

I was sick of buying **** pans over and over again, around 5 years ago I bought a set of 3 saucepans (no clue of brand) from collectables with some hugely (made up ;)). Think I paid around £30-50

The non stickyness on them is starting to fail/peel so am looking for a new set, Only need maybe 3 Saucepans, frying pan and a decent wok as I'm sick of rebuying those too.

Would like to stay as far under £100 as possible :p

Thanks for any help in advance :)

I had a decent non stick pan that my housemate ruined by using a metal potato masher in it. I forgave him though as the meal was excellent.

I'm after some new pans too but cant decide between non stick and SS.

What does a copper bottomed pan do better than other pans?

Copper is a better conductor than steel I think?
Ive alays used Non stick pans tbh, is there a huge difference between that and SS?

Those raymond blanc ones are 90 in the debenhams sale, gonna see if i can find a voucher too lol
They also have circulon elite premier reduced from 260 to 110 same size pans.

We have gas hobs at the moment but am getting oitchen done at some point if we change to ajy other type of hob these pans would still be ok?
