New partition for vista with ??

I have partition magic 8. Is this ok to make a new partition while im in xp on my 200gb (partition 1 which is 90meg). I want to split that games (90 meg) into 80meg for games nad 20gb for vista.

Will vista see the partition when i install vista later? Any probs anyone can think of?

Vista should be able to tell the difference between partitions no problem

When installing Vista, it will give you an option of which partition/HDD you want to install it on.
