new parts (cpu,mb,..)

Hi all. I'm considering upgrading my current CPU, MB, RAM and a PSU. I've got a budget of £600. Here's what I'm thinking of:

2500k + NH-D14 (or this kit perhaps? EK H30 a bit over the budget though )
P8Z68-V
Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 2x4GB
Corsair AX750

What do you think about this setup? would you change something? It has to be quiet so I'm sure I don't want any of those corsair or antec so called liquid coolers.

What sort of case do you have? in case the cooler is to tall to get the sidepanel back on.

I want a silent PSU. that AX750 should be running passive all the time with this setup. im not so sure about noise level of the one you posted. case is antec 300

The AX750 runs passive when you pull 20% or less from it, between 20-50% it starts to spin slowly then after this load it goes full whack.

so it means the AX750 runs passive in idle and slowly spining fan in load which is 18dB. Just checked the review for the ocz's psu and it says 26dB in idle and 29dB load. I guess that sometime its worth to spend a bit more. Any more opinions on other components?
