Hi all,

I have been thinking about adding some new parts to my rig and now have some cash to do it.

At the moment my rig is as follows:

i5 2500k, Asus p8p67 pro mobo, EVGA gtx570 superclocked, 8gb corsair 1600 ram, Enermax infinity 720w psu, akasa venom cpu cooler, 1tb wd caviar black sata3 hd and coolermaster stacker 832 case.

I want to change my case if possible, add a ssd and change my 4yr old psu.

What recommendations can you guys give me for these parts please, the psu will eventually be running 2 EVGA sc gtx570's in sli so needs to be good but not stupidly expensive :)

Budget is around 350 - 400, the cheaper the better.

Thanks looks okay, not sure about the psu, the case i am not a fan of, looking around what are your thoughts on the Corasir 600t white or maybe Coolermaster Haf X.

Im not a fan of the 600t, I prefer this Corsair Obsidian 650D Gaming Midi Tower . I think the HAF X is a bit OTT too, though it has very good reviews.

I don't know why that was suggested, the Antec High Current Gamer 620W will suit your Rig. That is unless you want to go SLI then you may need to go upto 900W.

good quality 850w would do the trick, but stulid is the expert here :)

Thanks, i have just read some worrying things about the Haf X case, some say it can short circuit the motherboard in some cases :(

Does anyone here have the Corsair 600T case they can vouch for, i really like the look of it, guess it comes down to personal preference with cases.

Still not sure on psu, i may be wrong but Lepa series psu's seem to be a budget branch of Enermax, so not 100% sure they are as rock solid reliable as a full blown Enermax.

Never had a HAF X (got a HAF 932). The only reason a mobo would short though, would surely be due to a poor mounting? Not sure if that is a case fault, or a builders fault though ;) (could be both I guess).

Was said to be concerning the Firewire cable and mount from the front panel to motherboard, just something i came across when looking for a review of the Haf X, hope it doesn't dissuade any potential owners as it is a class case by the looks of it :)
