To be honest, given the £40 saving for around 3% performance difference and that the 7600x can be set to 65w Eco mode, my personal preference would be the 7600x. The £40 goes towards a better case and slightly nicer PSU with braided cables.

At 1440p the GPU is doing the work so you won't notice the 3% during gaming.

The case is a little more expensive, but also better looking, and far better quality for working in.
The power supply, well it's a white build, and this model is from a decent brand, it matches the case and apparently comes with white braided cables, and possibly white connectors.
White memory, you can go for V-Colour in white if you want RGB, but this Klev has better timings.
At 65w the single 120mm cooler is adequate and includes an RGB fan if that is your thing, but for £30 you can get the massive Thermalight Peerless Assassin in white with no RGB, if looks are important, sorry but I do like the look of the Arctic Freezer 36 in white with RGB at £40. It's a nice chonky square dual fan that does not hang over the memory slots.
White monitor with a white case, 1440p.

Or a small black micro ATX variant. Again a quality case and PSU is chosen, though the micro ATX variant of the above and the same PSU but in black. Nothing wrong with picking items you like the look of. Though I do prefer the Phanteks XT M3 micro ATX and XT M5 ATX cases, these cost £60 and £70 with RGB fans.

Also, you could get the Asus Tuff Gaming B850-E WiFi ATX motherboard, its usually available for £130 whn searching online, I am sure OC do price match.
You could get the Phanteks case and PSU bundle as well, the PSU and case are decent, PSU is usually £115 so a bit of a saving with the bundle.
