New PC £800 Build

Hello I'm building a new PC for a friend who has a £800 budget. He does not require a monitor, mouse, keyboard or os. The computer is for gaming. He has a preference for Nvidia cards. The budget is quite strict on £800 but can go a tiny bit over if its really worth it or under for a bargain. Thanks for any help.
