Currently I am at a loss.

Brought this PC Almost 1 month ago (28 days), was running perfectly fine no issues, Today whilst playing a game the PC Instantly shut down, I cannot even get to BIOS/POST screen.

No Fans Spin when I press Power Button (tried the on board and Case button).
The motherboard's LED's light up when power is connected.

Not sure what else I can do...

Specs:

Got a spare GPU and PSU you can try? The issue with X99 is that there isn't onboard graphics. If nothing at all is spinning, I'd check to see if the PSU is working. Use the paperclip test or one of the testing adapters you can get and connect a single fan. If the fan spins, then the PSU probably isn't dead.

It could also be a motherboard fault.

Ok results:

680 GTX Works no problems in new PC.
980 TI in old PC failed, Smelt and saws smoke from from the 980 Ti.

My conclusion the 980 Ti is dead?

Ordered 20th Feb 2016.
Inno3D GeForce GTX 980Ti X4 Air Boss Ultra 6144MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (C98T4-1SDN-N5HNX)

Whats my best course of action? I really need to get up and running asap.

OK, so the Ti is officially dead. Obviously, you can chuck the 680GTX into your system to get you going again. That will also prove that nothing else has failed.

Having failed so soon after purchase, I would start the RMA process on the card. If you got it from OCUK, you should have no issues.

The only option is to get it repaired i think. There's no possibility of a part exchange to upgrade right ?
