New PC boot hang

Hi guys,

I need some help!!!

I have just put together my new machine. I installed Windows 7 and all was great. I then went into the bios and swapped the boot drive back to the SSD drive from the DVD-Rom. Now the system hangs at start up, the lights on the motherboard come on, there is no beep, no out put to the monitor and no power to mouse or keyboard.

I have tried reseting the bios, this has not seemed to work.

any ideas??

I am running
AMD Hex 3.2
Asus M5A99X Evo
OCZ 60g Agility

Ok, think I have dug a bit deeper

The VGA LED on the motherboard stays on, according to the motherboard manual this indicates an issue. Trouble is i don't actually have another graphics card to test with.

any ideas???

PSU size and make?

All ATX connectors fitted and all PCIe power fitted?

Disconnect SSD and reboot.

The PSU is a Thermaltake 775w

All ATX connections are in, VGA card (ati HD 4650) does not require extra power

Have tried disconneting the SSD and rebooting and still the same issue
