This PC will be for recording gaming and uploading to youtube / video rendering

I will be buying the HDD else where which is around 30-60£ so I would like it to be £300 - £350
I have a spec here:

I was thinking about a i5 build but it's too expensive
People are saying bulldozer is bad.
But many reviews have been possitive so I am willing to buy it.
I'm coming from a Celeron 2.2gHz

should I bid on an used 160 gb western digital, its on £3 so will be able to spend a little more. And then when i get around to buying ill get even more.
