New PC Build and getting stutter

Just finished building my nephews gaming PC

And I'm getting stuttering in Medal Of honour Airbourne

G3258 Haswell @ 4.5ghz
16GB DDR 3
7950 3 GB

Gaming at 1080p...surely these specs should cut through this game like butter?

It runs smooth but when I go into building or Bunkers I got this odd stuttering...Its doing my head in

Are ya using an XMP? some times if i forget to set my XMP i only realise when im getting stuttering in games.

also make sure you windows power profile is on balanced, its tends to stutter on powersaver.

I think it must be the game...it's an old game...borderlands the pre sequal runs like a dream....its massive bang for buck this chip!
