Ok guys building a new PC and I think I've got it set out, wouldn't mind a look over though from you techheads.

Here goes:

you got ddr2 ram and a ddr3 MB, they will not be physically compatable

unless your going to overclock to above 400FSB (3.6 GHz), pc2-6400 ram is sufficient
 
Have a look at the Asus 4870, 3 year warranty, new cooler is a lot quieter and seems more efficiet to boot.

HDD 1TB for C: ?

BeQuiet Darkpower Pro PSU's are very quiet and 87% efficient iirc
