Hi everyone, hoping i can get a little advice from the experts here. I am looking to build my first PC, specifically geared towards gaming and i wanted something that could comfortably run Cyberpunk 2077 but also be somewhat future proof (at least for the next couple of years).
I have been looking at the pre-built Ballista but with a few amendments to the basic configuration. https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ocuk...l3@8xbNpB3@91bNpC3x1WbNpD3@9@bNpE3@9vbNpF3@9z

This will be my first pc build with a budget of around £1200, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Not really very high recommended specs:

Recommended requirements:

OS: 64-bit Windows 10. DirectX 12 is necessary to run the game.
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 or AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB or AMD Radeon R9 Fury
RAM: 12 GB
Disk space: 70 GB SSD

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £1,189.10 (includes shipping: £12.30)

New AMD GPUs are being announced this month. I'd personally wait and see how they look. Prices of current gen cards should also fall hopefully
I have seen on a few threads that there is a new release Oct/Nov. I am not planning on buying anything just yet (waiting for black friday to see if I can get some deals) :)

Thanks for this! I wouldn't know what to look for building it myself so this really helps!

most people are waiting for all the new hardware to launch so they can make a decision.. its so close that it makes sense to wait

Completely agree. If your happy @Wayfarer85 to buy second hand there could be some nice deals on 3700x and 5700xt from the people upgrading to 5*00x cpu and 6000 series radeon towards the end of the month.
