New Pc Build Help

Hey guys

I have come into some money so was thinking of upgradeing my pc.

Currenty i have
AMD PH II X4 940 BE
Cant rember Mobo
BFG GTX280
8 GIG of Ram
Good BFG 800 watt PSU

Wasthinking of going the i7 Root

I have £600 ish may just over if i need to. What can you recomend ?
i do play games and do mutimedia stuff on my pc.

any ideas

you wouldn't see a huge performance boost from an upgrade as that's some reasonably decent kit there
is your cpu oc'd?

well if that's how your thinking about it i'm not gonna be able to change your mind

is there anything else you want with the, mobo, cpu and ram? (presuming you're reusing stuff from your old pc)

well i only have ddr 2 so looking for

RAM , CPU, MOBO, Heatsink

will re use my HD DVD/rom PSU and GRX
