New pc build not working :(

Hi All

I am wondering if anyone can help me, i hav just spent the last few hours putting my new pc together an when i connect it to the mains I am gtting nothing, no lights or fans even on the psu.

Any ideas?

Is your case power on button/cable connected?

Check the EPS cable is plugged in too, I know it sounds obvious but you wouldn't believe the amount of times I've forgotten to plug that damn thing in.

On/off switch on the psu ?

check all your wiring i.e power cables Mobo cables everything! if its all good and dosent start try jumping your psu

Thanks peeps, I got it fixed (no idea what it was I disconnected every cable and then reconnected and hey presto it all sprang to life

I don't think it's possible for a first time builder to not make at least one silly mistake.
