The time has come to build a new gaming PC (which means pestering people smarter than me for help & guidance )
The below list is what I'm leaning too at the moment (assuming it would all go together :p)
I know I will probably get some grief & abuse about the price of these parts, but I am a noob (I admit it!)
most of these choices are made purely on aesthetics (inspiration video) & feedback from online friends

Case: Fractal North (Black Windowed)
Mobo: MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk
CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Cooler: Noctua NH-U12A
PSU: MSI MEG Ai1300P
GPU: (Undecided) RTX 4090 Founders Edition OR AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX
RAM: (Undecided) probably some variant of Corsair Vengeance (cause looks nice :p)
OS:
(Undecided) Windows 10 OR 11 (never used 11 before, haven't heard much about it)

Parts Already Purchased

Samsung 990 PRO 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2
Samsung SSD 870 EVO 4TB
(also my current monitor, which I'm happy with) LG 27GL850 27" UltraGear™ Nano IPS 1ms (but I am willing to change if recommended)

12 years ago the fine people here helped me build my first PC :D any feedback or advice for my next one would be greatly appreciated <3
(before anyone asks I don't have a set budget, I'm agoraphobic & the PC is my connection to life so I don't grudge price, I equate it to buying a car (if I could drive...or leave the house in general )
My main uses for the PC are gaming & playing the guitar with amp sims, (& obviously binging videos, browsing the net, etc). In case i forget to say it thanks in advance. :)

FYI: if you're buying the PSU for the brown strip, I'd check if the PSU is actually visible through the PSU shroud of your chosen case.
I don't think it is visible, I only chose that one because a friend recommended MSI & said I should get over 1000W if going for a 4090 that's all
Thanks for posting, I'm definitely more black than white, but it was nice to see an alternative style ;)
