New PC build - Suggestions / Changes / Thoughts required!

Will be building a new PC soon for when I move to the US. I have come up with the specs below though I am not fully up to speed with the newest CPU/Mobo combinations.

I have specced something similar on a US website but just wanted thoughts on the build from these forums since there are a lot of knowledgeable people here. Any money saving changes or a component that would be worthwhile to have would be appreciated.

Budget will probably be £800 max. Forgot to add OS so that will probably be another £80 on top.

You can get SB in that budget quite comfortably

Is it worth the extra money to get SB? What kind of performance gains would that CPU have over the one I originally selected?

Its not actually much more anyway, only £20 on CPU, RAMs the same as is board, I just included windows in build thats why it looks more
Also included better case, better PSU, aftermarket cooler and the HDD youve chosen doesnt offer any extra, mechanical drives cant saturate SATA-II speeds yet let alone SATA-III hence I save you some money back there
