New PC Build-Yay or Nay?

Hi all, building my new PC at some point, just want to know what everyone thinks, also please note I am buying a graphics card afterwards when I have more dough for it:

Intel i5 4670k
MSI Z87 G45 Gaming Motherboard
CiT Neptune Red Case
Corsair CX500 PSU (Non-Modular not really necessary)
DDR3 8GB 1066Mhz RAM (Not really specific whatever is on offer at the time any ideas from anyone?)
MSI Twin Frozr nVidia GTX 760 4GB
1TB Western Digital HDD Caviar Blue
128GB SSD (Also buying later)

Any suggestions, KB and mouse don't really matter at the moment, but other than that any suggestions, all welcome,

What`s your budget for all this?
It may be better to post back nearer to the time of purchase, as prices and offers change weekly.

A few things,

Get a better case (cit, really)..

I don't think the 760 is worth the money. Youd be much better off getting a 7950.

CPU cooler?
