I currently have a case and a 600Watt Energmax psu

im looking at getting:

HIS ATI Radeon HD 3870 X2 1024MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express) - Retail

Abit IP35 Pro XE Intel P35 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - Retail

Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2 Dominator PC2-8500C5 TwinX (2x2GB) Supplied with Airflow Fan (TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF)

will the Psu be sufficent? (might do a bit of overclocking)

Thanks

Don't buy a graphics card as new ones are around the corner now.

P45 motherboards look promising and price ain't that different to the one you picked.

RAM looks like an overkill too (you said that you might overclock meaning that you definitely don't need it) get yourself a PC6400 OCZ 4GB kit for £60 odd pounds.

PSU will be fine.
