Hey, my first post on these forums and im after abit of advice.
Im bulding my first pc allthough I have a fair bit of experience with upgrading and tinkering with prebuilt systems.
Here is the components that I have outlined.
Proccessor
Intel Core i7 930

Asus P6X58D-E

Cooler
Undecided as of yet, open to suggestions.
Ram
Corsair XMS3 3x2GB 1600MHZ

Power Supply
Have not decided upon this yet. As I want to run Sli in the future im guessing a 800w + is required.
Case
Coolermaster HAF X Gaming Case

Graphics
Im undecided between a gtx 470 or a gtx 480. Eventually im going to run two cards in SLi, thats why have chosen nvidia over Ati as im constantly being told that two nvidia cards will run better that two Ati's in crossfire.
Open to suggestion on this though.
Hard Drive
Already got a 1tb "green" drive, Would like to go SSD for programs though and operating system, Will I see a major improvement in performance?
I think that rounds up the components, well I hope I haven't forgotten something ,
Im looking to overclock the processor and want to achieve a stable 4ghz, Pc will be used for gaming, programming and the usual stuff for a student.
So I am basically just asking for your opinions on the components I have chosen and for any recommendation on any parts that aren't quite up to scratch and a replacement that you would recommend.
