Not sure that Gigabyte card is worth an extra £46 over the Zotac. You get a 5yr warranty after you register it.

I'd like to do some gaming with newer titles and for it to be future proof for a while.

The Define S doesn't have an optical drive bay, so you would need an external one.

You really need a optical drive? Just use a usb stick to install o/s and with windows 10 you don't even need a stick to reinstall it once its on there, Save the money and buy some extra ram maybe...farcry 4 and blops 3 seem to take over 8gb for me

You may need to look into ram sortage there.. My farcry + blops3 only use 5ish max settings even after a 3 hour gaming sesh..

Thanks for feedback all, noted about ram shortage. Will try and invest some more in the new year.

Took a while to bulid, but seems to be ticking along fine.
