Hi All,

I know there are hundreds of threads with different value builds but im starting this as i don't have a set budget.

What i want help with is i want to buy a gaming PC that can run all the new games (mainly Battlefield 4) on high settings. and i want to do this without breaking the bank too much. Can anyone suggest a build which would be capable of running the new games on high settings?

Thanks,

Is it just the tower that is required or do you need an OS?
Also, do you have any components from an existing system, that can be reused?

Case is down to personal preference, so you can change it. Also assuming you have keyboard, mouse and monitor. This should give you some idea as to what you can get.

Intel.

Also i will need to invest into two monitors (work requires me to have two and i want to do some stuff from home on the machine as well).

Hmmmmmmm New PC, But No Budget In Mind + Ethermaster = Beans and Toast for a while ..... now you know that what is the most that you would "willing" spend :p

For the tower, i would like to keep it below £1000. but if the benefit of spending a little more is great then i would consider it.

I would go Intel, always have.

Oh hell, Ethermaster's here. Get out the credit cards. :D

You know I dont just do spec's for mega performance machines I also spec works of art!

Ethermaster seems to have a reputation of a big spender haha.

Thanks, ive always gone intel aswell

Kinda, I'm like the TTL of OcUK specing quite, powerful & beautboot computers for the masses :)

I will be back at around 18:00 to do a spec!
