New PC Change Spec

Hi can someone assist....
I have had someone spec me with machine but have decided to replace the case with the phanteks Luxe case.
after looking at the review for the hard drive the reviews are mixed. Can anyone recommend a better hard hard drive maybe one quieter?

If you are after the most reliable drives then try a WD Red, saying that I've had Seagate Barracudas and none have died on me, but then again I am now using a WD Red+black for backups.
