New PC Contoller

Hi All,

I am more accustomed to playing strategy games but am looking to diversify into games which recommend the use of a controller. At the moment I am thinking of RPG, Open World type games but imagine I'll be playing some FIFA (or similar) too

Any recommendations please?

A XBO controller is quite literally the default option for what you describe, for certain things it may not be (eg an arcade fight stick is still best for certain things).

In the same situation, I had a couple of xbox 360 style official pc versions, but broke and purchased an xbox 1 pad and just hate it compared to the 360 shape.
Unfortunately all you can get now are cheap fake 360 style controllers which are rubbish and have inferior components inside.

I found the opposite, the xbox1 controller I think is a solid evolution of the xbox360 controller, but that's just my opinion.

Agree with you, it's worth the upgrade alone for the enhanced triggers, plus the feel of it is better.
