Just purchased.

Asus P5N-T Deluxe
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0Ghz 1333FSB
Corsair HX620W
4x 1GB Corsair Dominator at 1066Mhz
Sata HDD and Sata DVD Drive

I then added a friends XFX 7800 GTX until I can save up for a card of my own, the problem I am getting is when I boot the machine I get 1 long beep followed by 3 short beeps and then nothing, the system stays booted but nothing displays on the monitor. Any assistance would be helpful.
 
I notice you didnt mention a CPU.. you do have one right??

Ah you edited it in as I posted, good show ;)

To help, double check everything is set properly, RAM inserted correctly etc.
 
The beep codes seem to indicated failed memory. or keyboard controller depending on what bios you have.
Usually AMI on ASUS so i`d lean towards the memory
Try with just one of the four sticks inserted then if it still fails swap them over
 
Okay tested all the idividual sticks and each gave 1 mobo beep (think thats the norm) and then carried on but still no display on monitor.

I then reseated all 4 of the sticks and am no longer getting the 1 long followed by 3 short beeps so one of the whiley sticks must've been out a bit.

I still get no display on my monitor though .
 
Ignore the above, I have dual display on my monitor and was displaying the wrong input, doh.

Thanks for the assistance with the memory though as that was still baffling me.
