New pc - Flashing pixels!

Hi all who read this

I just bought this pc with the Radeon HD 4890: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-069-OE

Im all of a sudden getting flashing red pixels on my monitor now This didnt happen on old pc any ideas any one?

Is my pc to powerful for my monitor?? its a Samsung SYncmaster 940bw

i have the same thing with mine, 2 x asus 4890's but when they get hot it goes away very odd

so the more you use it and hotter it gets they just go away?
Hmm i want a solution its very annoying lol
