New PC for a friend

Hi all looking for some advice trying to buy a friend a new PC for her birthday she turns 30th tomorrow she's a gamer and her current PC is nearly dead.

I'm going give her my 970 hopefully will get her gaming for a bit still and just about managed persuade her to allow me to drop £300-350 she needs everything bar a case and HDD she needs a new PSU as well.

Not really sure if you can get a system for so cheap I would spend more but she would kill me.

She's been in a rut lately and know having parts for a newish build would cheer her up a lot

Been able convince her a bit so managed raise budget to £450-550

They don't need a Monitor Keyboard or Mouse they have those. So that money can be put into a better CPU RAM and Motherboard. Is 450W enough PSU for a GTX 970?
