New PC for Game dev & Gaming

Hi,
My I3 540 is struggling to run Unity3d, 3ds Max and visual studio at the same time so its time to upgrade, I`m looking to spend around £600-£700. I`m running two screens @ 1080.
I Just need Mobo, Cpu, Ram, Case, Psu.

Don`t think I`ll overclock my current I3 just about keeps up, and looking at those memory settings make my head hurt

I think dannys sytem would suit me, maybe swap to a ryzen 5 1600 & CX-M Series 550W so I have less cables hanging.

Any recommendations for a GPU around £200 ish? or should I hold on untill prices settle down again.
