New PC for rendering - 3D Studio Max etc

G/f is looking for a new PC, mainly for using 3d studio max and photoshop. Was wondering what is most important, ram / cpu or gfx card ?

Thanks, just need to get an idea won't be getting a PC til probably feb time realistically.
