New pc from overclockers turns on but has no picture

are you connecting the hdmi to the graphics card output hdmi and not the onboard if it has one ?
Things to check and tell us:
connection type and where its connected.
Is there an OSD on the monitor and are you using it to switch inputs?
Are there any indications that the pc is booting into windows but you just cant see it (hdd case lights flickering etc)?
do you suspect the monitor is at fault or the pc and if so why?

To probably need to reseat the graphics card as may have become dislodged during transit.
But to be honest I'd not do anything further yourself and call them for advice.
