Hello all!

I've persuaded my brother to join the 'PC Master Race' (I hate saying that), so at the moment he has 0 PC Games and I need to get some for him.

I've already told him to sign up for Origin Access as that gives him access to a lot of good games for £5 a month but want to see what games you'd suggest for him.

He's 18 so can play all the grown up games :D
 
So many different game genre, I personally only like racing games (with a wheel etc.) so you might need to add a bit more context. There's quite a lot of choice out there nowadays...
 
Rather than Origin Access i'd probably recommend the Humble Monthly bundle, which although a little more expensive, will really rapidly increase his collection in a varied way. Also keeping an eye on Humble Bundles will do the same in a more selective manner (for example right as of this moment £5.65 buys you Strider, Umbrella Corps, DmC:Devil May Cry, Dead Rising 2, Resident Evil HD REMASTER,Resident Evil 0 HD REMASTER and Resident Evil 6)

Shame he's just missed the Steam sale, perfect time to pickup a few games. If he has a PC that's up for it how about Far Cry 4, relatively cheap and a good first person shooter. Personally I'm getting back into Diablo 3, so another recommendation from me.

*edit, also worth a look Alien; Isolation.
 
The Witcher 3,
Skyrim with mods,
PUBG for something to pick up and put down easily,
GTA5 is worth a playthrough if he hasn't already on console.
 
He's going to get loads of suggestions :D You don't say if he's played on console before, so he may have played some games already?

As starters, I would suggest the Metro series, XCOM 2, Nex Machina and Shadow Of Mordor (get it played before the next one comes out!).

Could probably think of more, but that list is pretty decent/varied. Mass Effect 2, Portal 2, Borderlands 2 are probably my favourite games. You could grab the $1 tier on Humble bundle for DMC. Jotun is currently free on Steam as a promo.

Wingamestore still has a summer sale on.
 
Lots of good suggestions. I'd suggest you check out the steam stats page for an indication of what's popular plus a lot of them are free to play.

My choice? Witcher 3:)
