New PC help. £300 budget

Hi Guys,

My PC is now almost 7 years old and when i went to run Diablo 3 it refused to run with my GFX card.

My budget is £300 (maybe just over).

I can reuse my case and PSU i believe so i need:

Motherboard
RAM
CPU/Cooler
GFX Card

I have been looking at the pre overclocked bundles as i have no overclocking experience. Are they good value for money or is it something i could realistically do may self?

Any input would be great.

I'm not suggesting this pentium CPU is better than the i3 but if you look purely at the gaming benchmarks it's holding up well. It's not an expensive CPU so you might be more inclined to upgrade it later.

The Z77 mobo can overclock K series CPUs, it's lucidMVP uses the IGP to boost the GPU performance. You can't OC this CPU but you can OC the 6850 GPU (close to 6870 performance) and 8GB of RAM is all you need for gaming.

PSU is a decent branded supply with more than enough "Juice" for a single GPU setup. Hope this helps :)
