New PC Help

Hey, its been a couple of years since I built my last computer and hardware has changed abit since then. So I'm hoping someone will help me spec up my new computer..

I've seen a 22" widescreen monitor I want and thats £150, after that I'll have about £400 to play with. I'd like to play some games on it and thats pretty much it, i'm definately not a hardcore gamer so its not all that important.
