New PC Help

i need some help i have just built a new pc, i have gone to power it up but it onlt stays on for 5-10 secs then powers down then after a few seconds it powers back up and keeps looping between powering up and down.

i have made sure all power is connected, CPU cooler is seated. cant even get in to any settings as the pc wont stay on long enought to get in to it

try only having 1 stick of ram in to see if it will stay on

if it does post your voltages

k thanks for the help will give that a go was thinking it could be a problem with the mobo or psu.

as i dont even get any beeps at the boot up

still the same problem have taken evey thing out besides the cpu and ram but it still wont boot
