New PC How do i get windows 10

Hi, just bought a new pre-built system from overclockers, I thought I could save money by installing windows myself after watching a few videos. Had the usb stick and thought I knew what I was doing but only have a Mac running macOS at home and subsequently can’t create the installation media on that. How, from here can I get my new pc up and running?

I’ve tried that, it seems that the application it mentions isn’t doing what it says - when delving into “partitioning the hard drive” I don’t know enough about what the application is saying to trust doing that

eg what the website said would pop up didn’t so I didn’t do it
