New PC...how to reduce fan noise

Hi. I just bought this for my kid for Christmas. I've set it up but the fans are super loud. Can anyone advise how to turn the down? I have so little pc experience. Its been years since I used one for work so I'm struggling.
OcUK Carbide Intel core i5 12400f,RTX 4060 Prebuilt Gaming PC.
Anyhelp would be appreciated
 
Find the manual for the Mobo online and download it, learn from the manual how to get into BIOS and learn how to set the fan profiles in the BIOS settings.
 
Hi and welcome.echo the above but there may be software installed to control the RGB and fan speed ,do you know what motherboard it has ?
