New PC no idea where to start.....

Hi all I've decided that its time for a new PC. I will be going for a finance option and my limit is £1500 maybe a tad over depending on how much of a performance boost i will get. When it comes to building a PC i don't really know a huge amount just very basics. I will be using it to play a lot of PC games such as wow, league of legends, witcher 3 etc but i also plan on live streaming and creating videos for you tube so need something powerful that's not going to run slow or fail on me. Any help or suggestions on a full build would be greatly appreciated. Want to have intel processor and it not to be overclocked.

you will want a cpu that is capable of overclocking. its a nice and easy boost once you notice things start to demand more.

i went for a non overclockable cpu when i got my pc 3 years ago and i regret it now. i have seen a few instances where a cpu overclock would benefit me, especially mmo's.

if live streaming uses/means cpu to encode video whilst playing, then presumably there would be some benefit to 6core x99 platform? or does live stream using gpu resources to encode? is this what shadow play is?
