Hello

I have recently installed the RTX3070 into my new PC from Overvlockers and it runs fine in windows, got the latest drivers and all is good until I run games where a few minutes in the whole system looses power and it won’t power back on straight away.

I ran FuMark and the same thing happens, I even got a photo 1 second before the system powered off and all the temps and volts look fine. Hope someone can help, thanks

The PC spec is bellow...

I have had a reply and Overclockers won't exchange the PSU!... Will be using ********** for all my further purchases

we would not be able to exchange the PSU as it is working as intended for the system

Annoyed is not the word!!!

Hello All

I did get a Asus GeForce GTX 1650 with the PC originally when i bought it back in July with the intention of purchasing a 3070 on release day.

I have now purchased and installed a be quiet! Straight Power 11 Platinum 750 Watt 80+ Platinum and the problem has gone away!

Unfortunately Overclockers where unwilling to replace or upgrade the PSU even when i asked for a price for a better PSU!

I was one of those people who saw the 1000w number and just assumed that would be good enough for the 3070 when i upgraded.

I am very surprised that Overclockers are still selling this brand given that i thought they where a highly rated system builder...
