After a long line of problems that i have managed to fix in the last 48 hours i have managed to fix the BIOS and narrow down if there is a hardware problem.

what i have hit now is infact a problem when downloading a file. I noticed that nvidia have released a new Driver for there range 91 or 93 (sorry my memory is bad when i am this tired) and i went to download it. Once it had downloaded i opened it and TRIED to install it when i was encountered with the BSOD, so i removed 1 stick of my crucial ballistix ram and have never seen the BSOD since (problem solved, well for hardware anyway) but i have downloaded the file 4 times from different sources and all are said to be corrupt, they open and let you get into the the first few steps, stuff like Terms and conds etc but when i hit a certain stage it just says its corrupt.

EDIT: I have also tried downloading previous versions like 84 etc but exact same problem

That sounds very odd. The only thing i could think to suggest is doing an error checking scan on your hard drive then defragmenting it.

Due to the time of year you might also want to use a program like speedfan to check the temperatures your hard drive while doing this.
