I've been saving up for this PC for quite some time...Here is a spec I've thrown together. I am going for a blue and white theme just wanted people far better at this than me to give it a once over. I already have a HDD so no need to worry about that.

You're overspending on the CPU - get the 5820K. You're paying a lot extra for a marginal clock speed increase and a few more PCI-E lanes.

Change the RAM for a quad channel kit.

You're overspending on the PSU too - a good 650w will easily be enough

The rest is fine. I have that cooler in one of my systems and if you want my advice, change the fans as the stock ones can be quite loud under load. Choose fans with concentrated, high pressure airflow suitable for radiator use.
