I am just to buy this system + OCZ 4GB PC2-8500 DDR2 Reaper HPC any suggestions before buy? thx

For now Win XP sp2 but with the new system would try Vista.
Isnt the xfx black edition with the new gpu?
Well its 28 pounds for cooler i think not bad with his spec. wich cooler u think would be best? Because i would like to overclock.
Yes i got Samsung spinpoint F1 and is 520W OCZ power supp. enough?
