New PC time

ive got a max of a 800 to 1000 to spend on the following

motherboard
ram
processor
heat sink (dont fancy water cooling)
ssd drive

must be overclockable

what can you recommend?

ive been thinking of the following

current, or well.... what i had was

q6600 wth tuniq tower
asus maximus formula se
4x1gb geil 6400 ull
1x80 WD for OS
2x500 seagates
2x 250 seagates
graphics card is a ati 5870hd
power supply is a ocz modxstream 780w

case is a mm u2 ufo so space isnt an issue.

could i incorporate a decent water cooled system into my price range?

what about the asus rampage III motherboard? is it a better choice over the P6X58D or the other two that where mentioned?

this is going to sound rather pathetic but the extreme will suite my colour theme, red and black, i feel rather ashamed to admit that

if i was to get the rampage 3 now would it be compatable with the new sandy bridge?
