I've recently bought a new PC, it was built by Overclockers thanks to the system online configurator.
Everything is fine except the wireless usb that I've been given. If it's not the perfect angle I lose connection, if it's nudged the internet is gone. I also have to restart the system on average three times a day for it to read the USB after so many failed attempts and its sensitivity.
What can be done? I wouldn't mind but I'd expect a £1500 PC and its components to work perfectly.
