New pc, windows freezes..

Have just bought new motherboard/i5/Venom cooler/Corsair ram, re-installed windows etc. But i keep getting screen freezes and i have to turn the pc off at the wall.. as trying to restart normally doesn't boot it.

Is it my PSU? or HDD?? Cause the other stuff is new.. i've tried it with 2 gpu's and i still have the problem.

Antec 100 Gamng Case New
8GB Corsair XMS3 1333MHz New
Akasa Venom Pico New

1TB HDD - Old
800W PSU - Old
GT520 - Old

-- Only freezes randomly, it's like it freezes at startup or just randomly.

I will do a memtest.

Yes all my drivers are properly installed.
 
Just had another freeze, when trying to shutdown to test memtest, and it wont startup, just beeps then gets to windows screen and crashes... HDD problem?
 
Hmm, can you get into BIOS, and is it fine there? On the other hand I would see if you can get your HDD tested in another system if it won't go to Windows anymore. During the installation process, was everything smooth there?
 
Well if i can get into it yes.. but sometimes after crashing, it wont restart without unplugging from the wall..

The installation went smooth and fine.
