New PC windows installation

Alright Lads,

Just bought a new pc from ocuk. Powered it up put the serial code in and it began to install then it restarted itself. Now it's stuck on a black screen with a white loading circle and won't allow me to go any further.

Things I've tried:
Removing all USB
Booting from a USB stick with windows on it.

Please me help me if anyone has any ideas.

I agree ring OcUK and they will sort this out with you.

There support is top notch if they can sort it over the phone with you then they will
if not they will collect the PC to take it back to OCuK to get it fixed for you.
