New PC

Ive been contemplating with the idea of building a new system for a while. I have been recommended to wait a few months for the new AM2 chips and so on to come out and be fully stable etc. But my current rig is on its last legs. Wit gfx cards failing etc, i think its time for a new one.

I have £2000 to spend, and want dual gfx cards 2gb of memory or more and a dual core CPU. I am keeping my current case, and hard drives.

So, what I am asking for is any advice on ny other components I should use instead of the ones listed. Maybe NVidea graphics instead..

Also, please note the dual monitors at the bottom.. This is not included in the price requirment, jst a personal perchase for a different rig.

I am currently running a sony 21". But prolly replace with the 2 I added onto the order. Current Case is a a Lian Li, a tired Antec PSU 500W and A Raptor 74Gb as boot drive with a terra of Western Digital Caivears 250Gb.


If I replaced motiro with the dual 19" from the order, would the dual cards still not b worth it and how much gain would b achieved by having them?

correct me if im wrong, but crysis is dx10 so none of the stuff i buy will b able to run it..

doh forgot they will release a dx9 version too
