this seems almost identical to the system ive been speccing up to buy, except the HDDs i still havent really decided where im going with them yet. Your set up for the HDDs sounds a bit strange to me

Because data storage doesn't require speed, the OS and games do. You'd be better off going for two 74Gb Raptors for Windows and games and having a single 500Gb for storage. Even better two in RAID 1 for instant backup.

It looks like you aren't building it yourself, shame on you. :p Professional wiring, pah, that means absolute diddly - I can claim to do professional wiring because I've charged for building PCs before which makes it a nonsense. :)

It looks like a decent PC though but I think the 2x8800GTXs are overkill and I'm unsure about the possibility of connecting multiple monitors so you may have to use a PCI graphics card also.

Sounds good.

Few things,

Would rather have 4gb now days, as said about the hdd's. i would go for 2 x 74gb raptors for os and games in raid 0, and the single 500gb drive for storage.

Other wise not bad, not sure on the cpu cooler either but i know nothing about the coolermaster h2o jobbies lol.

Otherwise enjoy. You could probably build it with the above chnages for slightly less than you may be paying pre built though ;)

also the psu, poss 1000watter instead?
