Hey

Upgrading from 939 3500+ most likely to an intel e2200 (which I'll oc to 3.0ghz)

Gonna be running the above plus:
ds2r mobo
2gb pc2-6400
1x160gb samsung hdd
Sapphire 1950 ultimate

Can i run this all on my Enermax liberty 400 psu?
Plus, whats the best cpu cooler to choose for a sff case?

Any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the forums, that shouldn't be any problem for the Enermax, it is a solid PSU.

As for the cooler I'm not entirely sure but something that is relatively low profile such as the Zalman CNPS7500 would seem like a sensible choice, I suppose it does partly depend on what your case is and whether that cooler will fit with the motherboard as well.
