Might help if you put the spec on here instead of links, i.e. CPU: Intel/AMD Blahblah... Makes it easier to read all in one place :)

Seems good to me - i'd be tempted to get a better PSU (10-20 quid more) just to be on the same side.
 
Looks good, change out the ram for the equivalent pc2-6400 version unless you're planning to do some serious overclocking. Might be worth buying an extra 120mm fan for the front of the case as well.
