Seems good to me - i'd be tempted to get a better PSU (10-20 quid more) just to be on the same side.

Looks good, change out the ram for the equivalent pc2-6400 version unless you're planning to do some serious overclocking. Might be worth buying an extra 120mm fan for the front of the case as well.

might be a idea to get a aftermarket cooler for your cpu something like a sunbeam apparently are good to overclock it a little
